John Mayer Adds June 9, 11 & 12 to Sphere Residency – How to Get Tickets

John Mayer has added three more dates to his “Live At Sphere” residency in Las Vegas due to overwhelming demand. The new shows are set for Wednesday, June 9; Friday, June 11; and Saturday, June 12, 2027, at Sphere. This expands the residency to 21 total performances spanning April through mid-June 2027.

Each night features Mayer’s music in three distinct forms: solo, full band, and the John Mayer Trio (with Steve Jordan and Pino Palladino). The shows combine Sphere’s immersive sound, visual spectacle, and sensory technology for a unique experience. This is Mayer’s first solo residency at the venue after previously playing dozens of dates there with Dead & Company.

• SiriusXM Presale: Thursday, October 15, 2026, at 10 a.m. Tune in to Life with John Mayer (SiriusXM Channel 4) or the SiriusXM app for access details.

Additional options:

• VIP packages (including premium seats, signed lithographs, and exclusive merch) become available starting October 14 at 10 a.m. PT on Ticketmaster.
• Vibee Concert & Hotel Experience packages (tickets + stay at The Venetian Resort, which connects directly to Sphere) are available at johnmayer.vibee.com or via the official site.
• Charity auctions for select tickets benefit the Heart and Armor Foundation (Mayer’s veterans’ health organization). $1 from each ticket sold supports Mayer’s Back To You Fund.

Tickets have been reported starting around $129 for some inventory, though Sphere shows often see higher dynamic pricing, especially for better seats.

Buying Tips

• Register for the artist presale right away if you haven’t already—previous registration carries over.
• Have your Ticketmaster account ready and join the queue early on sale day. Demand has been high, with multiple date additions already.
• Compare primary (Ticketmaster) and verified resale options (Ticketmaster Verified Resale, SeatGeek, Capital City Tickets, Nashville Ticket Brokers). Check all-in pricing.
• Consider later June dates, which may have relatively better availability or pricing than the earliest April shows.
• Stick to official channels only. Avoid unofficial social media offers or sites requesting payment outside secure platforms.
• Factor in travel and hotel costs; packages through Vibee can simplify logistics for out-of-town fans.

Why These Shows Stand Out

Sphere’s massive LED display and Immersive Sound system create a fully enveloping environment. Pairing that with Mayer’s three-configuration format (solo acoustic-focused sets, full band, and the return of the Trio) gives fans a rare, multi-faceted look at his catalog in one night. The rapid expansion from the original six April dates to 21 shows reflects strong demand.
