Matchbox Twenty is celebrating 30 years since the release of their breakthrough debut album Yourself or Someone Like You with a major 52-date North American tour in 2027. Promoted by Live Nation, the run kicks off May 15 at Coca-Cola Amphitheater in Birmingham, Alabama, and wraps August 12 at Acrisure Amphitheater in Grand Rapids, Michigan. The band will play amphitheaters and arenas across the U.S. and Canada, with rotating special guests on select dates.
Tour Overview
The anniversary celebration recognizes three decades of hits including “Push,” “3AM,” “Real World,” “Back 2 Good,” “Bent,” “If You’re Gone,” and “Unwell.” The current lineup features Rob Thomas, Kyle Cook, Paul Doucette, and Brian Yale. Ahead of the main tour, the band performed an intimate one-night-only show at the Fonda Theatre in Los Angeles (playing material from the 1996 debut) and is scheduled for Stagecoach Festival in Indio, California, on April 25, 2027.
Special guests include The All-American Rejects, The Wallflowers, David Gray, O.A.R., Matt Nathanson, and The Lucky on select dates.
