The Chicks are back on the road in 2026, giving fans another chance to experience their unmistakable harmonies, country roots, bluegrass musicianship, and award-winning catalog live. This fall, the trio brings the Taking the Long Way 20th Anniversary Tour to New York City, Nashville, and San Antonio, with multiple nights scheduled in New York and San Antonio.
The tour celebrates 20 years of Taking the Long Way, the 2006 album that won five Grammy Awards, including Album of the Year. The Chicks plan to perform the album in its entirety before finishing each concert with additional fan favorites from across their career.
Whether you’re searching for premium seats or simply want to get inside the venue for the lowest possible price, comparing The Chicks tickets across seating sections can help you find an option that works for your budget.

The Chicks Tickets in New York – Beacon Theatre
The Chicks take over Beacon Theatre for three concerts on October 10, 12 and 13. Ticketmaster currently lists the October 12 and 13 shows at 8:00 p.m.
The Beacon offers a more intimate setting than the massive arenas The Chicks have played throughout their career, which could make these shows especially appealing to longtime fans.
When shopping for cheap The Chicks tickets in New York, compare orchestra and balcony sections rather than focusing exclusively on proximity to the stage. A higher seat with a clear, centered sightline can sometimes provide a better overall concert experience for the money.
Hotels Near Beacon Theatre
Concertgoers traveling to Manhattan have plenty of hotel choices on the Upper West Side and around Midtown.
Hotel Beacon is exceptionally convenient because it sits next to the theater. This is one of the easiest options for fans who prioritize walking distance after the concert.
Arthouse Hotel New York City is another Upper West Side option within easy walking distance.
The Wallace provides another nearby choice for visitors who want to stay in the neighborhood.
Travelers can also expand their search toward Columbus Circle and Midtown, where subway access makes reaching the Beacon straightforward.
The Chicks Tickets in Nashville – The Truth
On Thursday, October 15, The Chicks head to Nashville for a special performance at The Truth. Nashville’s newest major concert venue opened in October 2026, and The Chicks’ anniversary show is among its first major events.
Ticketmaster lists the Nashville concert for 8:30 p.m.
Nashville is an especially fitting stop for a tour celebrating Taking the Long Way. Fans traveling for the show can build an entire music-focused getaway around the concert, from Broadway’s honky-tonks to the Country Music Hall of Fame and historic venues throughout Music City.

The Chicks Tickets in San Antonio – Majestic Theatre
The Chicks finish this three-city stretch with two performances at the Majestic Theatre in San Antonio on October 17 and 18. The venue’s official October 17 event page lists the concert as sold out through its primary ticketing channel, while noting that resale tickets may still be available through its official resale partner.
The historic Majestic Theatre is located downtown near the San Antonio River Walk and the Alamo.

What to Expect From The Chicks’ Taking the Long Way Tour
This isn’t simply another greatest-hits tour. The centerpiece is Taking the Long Way, performed in full for the first time on this run, followed by additional favorites from The Chicks’ catalog.
That means fans can expect the anniversary album to shape much of the evening. The record includes songs such as “Not Ready to Make Nice,” “The Long Way Around,” “Easy Silence,” “Everybody Knows,” “Lubbock or Leave It” and “Voice Inside My Head.”
The encore or additional portion of the show gives the group an opportunity to reach further into a catalog that includes fan favorites such as “Cowboy Take Me Away” and “Wide Open Spaces.”
Exact song choices outside the anniversary album can vary, so concertgoers should not assume every older hit will be performed.
How to Find Affordable The Chicks Tickets
Prices for The Chicks tickets can vary dramatically by city, performance date and seat location. That makes comparison shopping particularly important for this tour.
Start by comparing multiple dates in the same city. New York has three shows, while San Antonio has two, so one night may offer better resale inventory than another.
Next, compare several seating levels. The closest available ticket isn’t automatically the best value. A centered seat farther from the stage may provide a stronger overall view for less money.
Finally, compare the total price at checkout, including applicable fees, instead of judging a deal solely by the initial listing price.
New York vs. Nashville vs. San Antonio: Which Show Should You Choose?
New York provides the most scheduling flexibility with three Beacon Theatre performances. It’s a strong option for fans who want to combine the concert with a Manhattan getaway.
Nashville offers just one performance, making it potentially more competitive. The city itself also adds another dimension for country and Americana fans who want a music-centered trip.
San Antonio offers two nights at the historic Majestic Theatre, plus easy access to the River Walk and downtown attractions.
For travelers who are flexible, comparing ticket prices and hotel rates across all three cities could reveal significant differences in the total cost of the trip.
