Greta Van Fleet is bringing a rare $20 club residency to Nashville this October. The Grammy-winning Michigan rock band will play three Saturday nights at The Basement East — Oct. 3, 10, and 17 — with tickets priced at $20 and a hard two-ticket limit. Public on-sale is Friday, Sept. 25 at 12 p.m. CT, online only.
This follows their $20 Bowery Ballroom underplay in New York earlier this year and lines up with the Oct. 9 release of Palace for the People. If you want a close-up GVF show without arena pricing, this is the window. Inventory will not last.

If a listing appears on a reseller with inflated prices before or after on-sale, treat it as high risk. The venue has already said it will not honor third-party tickets.
Why $20 matters
Greta Van Fleet last played New York at Madison Square Garden scale, then dropped into Bowery Ballroom for $20 tickets sold in person. The Nashville run is the same idea, stretched into a three-week residency in the city where they recorded Palace for the People.
For fans used to dynamic arena pricing, $20 face value is the deal of this cycle — if you can clear will-call rules. Expect bots, queues, and a sell-out. Do not assume leftover inventory on Oct. 16.
What they’re promoting: Palace for the People
The album drops Oct. 9, 2026, between the first and second residency dates. Released singles so far include “Play Your Games,” “Saw You Stand,” and “Tear It Down.” The record was co-produced with Mike Elizondo and recorded in Tennessee.

Expect new-album material mixed with catalog staples like “Highway Tune,” “Safari Song,” and “Black Smoke Rising.” Setlists from the May Bowery show and July Metro Chicago date already included live debuts of the new songs.
The Basement East: what to know before you go

About the room: The Basement East venue page
- Mostly standing room; limited table seats on some shows
- All ages for these dates
- Parking: Fireman’s Credit Union lot across the street, typically 6 p.m.–3 a.m. (confirm on the FAQ)

East Nashville on a Saturday GVF night will be crowded. Arrive early for will call. If your +1 is not with you, they do not get in.
Buying strategy (so you don’t miss it)
- Create / log into your TicketWeb account before Friday.
- Use the same legal name that is on your photo ID.
- Be on the official event page at 11:50 a.m. CT.
- Buy only two tickets. Extra carts usually get killed.
- Screenshot the order confirmation and bring the purchasing card plus ID.
- Ignore “verified resale” listings that appear minutes after on-sale. This run is built to block flips.
If Friday sells out instantly, check the venue page again later that afternoon. Some holds release. Do not pay $150+ on a reseller for a $20 will-call ticket the venue may refuse.
FAQ
Are the tickets really $20?
Yes, per venue and reporting. Confirm the all-in price in the TicketWeb checkout Friday — fees can still apply even when face value is $20.
Can I gift a ticket if I can’t go?
Venue staff have already said name changes are not happening. Purchaser + guest must arrive together.
Is this a full tour announcement?
No. This is a three-date Nashville residency. A larger Palace for the People tour has not been fully routed as of this writing. Watch Greta Van Fleet on X and the official site for more dates.
Will they play the new album?
Very likely. They debuted new songs at Bowery and Metro Chicago. Oct. 10 and 17 land after street date.
